These terms govern your use of coreppc.com and the COREPPC Grader (coreppc.com/grader), a free PPC audit tool. By using either, you agree to these terms.

The COREPPC Grader is a free tool. You connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads account, we run an automated audit, and you get a scored report. There is no charge.

The Grader accesses your ad account data in read-only mode. We do not make changes to your campaigns, budgets, or settings. We do not store your raw ad account data — only the scored audit results.

Audit results are informational. They reflect the state of your account at the time of the scan. They are not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and they are not a substitute for professional analysis.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect any ad accounts to the Grader. If you connect an account on behalf of a client or employer, you represent that you have permission to do so.

You agree not to use the Grader or this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer the tool, or to use automated scripts to access the service.

You can share your Grader report with others using the report sharing feature. When you share a report, the recipient can view the audit results. You are responsible for deciding who you share reports with.

Shared reports are accessible by anyone with the link for 24 hours after the recipient verifies their email. After that, access expires.

The COREPPC name, logo, website design, and Grader tool are owned by COREPPC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of them without written permission.

Your ad account data belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over data we access through OAuth connections.

The Grader tool and all content on this website are provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

COREPPC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Grader or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, which for the free Grader tool is zero.

If you engage COREPPC for paid media management, SEO, or any other service, the terms of that engagement are governed by the written agreement between you and COREPPC. These website terms do not apply to client service agreements.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site or Grader after changes constitutes acceptance.
